Bidding Directories

Familiar with Bidding Directories?

If not, perhaps you should be. Bidding Directories are an easy way to get listed in high quality, high traffic web directories. Bidding directories give you the ability to control where you want your link to be placed.

PR 4 Bidding Directory

Google uses a complicated algorithm called PageRank (PR) to rate websites. Google ranks web pages from 0-9 with 9 being the highest. Ultimately, to improve the PageRank for your website, you want to be listed on other high PR sites like Bidding Directories. If Google discovers a link pointing back to your web site, on a high PR site, it concludes that your site must be pretty important. these links are called “backward links” or “back links” Bidding Directories is a PR4 site, so a back link from Bidding Directories would be a very strong link. We hope you will consider placing you link,… or 6 of your links,… ;) in our bidding directory.

Benefits of Placing Your Link in Bidding Directories

  • Low Cost – often as low as $1!
  • Listed on Several Pages – home page, details page, Top 10, category page…
  • Search Engine Friendly – Google will follow the links back to your web site.
  • High Traffic – This means Google will visit your site often.
  • Improve Keyword Results – You choose the “Title” for your link.

How to Submit a URL to a Bidding Directory

First, determine which 6 pages of your site you would like to promote. Next, determine which keywords you would like to associate with each page. The next step is to Add a Link to Bidding Directories. Lastly, you will need to place your bid and pay for it. If you want to be on the home page, at the very least, you will need to bid $1 more than the lowest bidder on the home page. If you want to be a “Link Leader” and be listed at the top oe every page, you will need to bid $1 more than the highest bidder.

It’s not necessary to have a PayPal account, but it makes directory bidding much faster. Either way, you still have the option to pay with a credit card. That’s all their is to it!

Promoting Your Bidding Directories Link

You might want to consider promoting your newly created listing for even better results. One way is to use social bookmarking sites like Digg, Technorati, Faves and many more. Social bookmarking sites are very high traffic and Google will follow your bookmarks to whatever sites you have bookmarked. By locating your “details page” and bookmarking it, you will in essence, immediately drive the Google spiders to the bidding directories page and it would automatically follow one of the 6 links back to your site.
